These pneumatic table presses have been designed for use with a press-operated punching, notch or cut-off unit. One advantage of these table presses is their mobility, i.e. they can be used at any location. By using additional exchange plates, it is possible to mount the tool units outside of the press. As a result, the tool units can be inserted or removed quickly and easily. The material support height is 135 mm with exchange plate, 125 mm without exchange plate. The cutting force required determines the usage limit for the table press, see the cutting force chart, page 68. The cutting force, which results from the hole diameter, the material thickness and the material strength, may not exceed the maximum cylinder force. The control units of the table presses are designed in accordance with the press-independent punching units presented on pages 38 and 42. 2) Further combinations of tool units with pneumatic table presses are available on request.
